目的

比较三维与二维标测下房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)射频消融射线照射时间的差异。

方法

选取2014年1月至2015年4月于山西医科大学第一医院行射频消融术的阵发性室上性心动过速患者65例,按照射频消融术中标测方法分为二维组(32例)与三维组(33例)。比较两组患者手术时间、X线透视时间、即刻消融成功率、复发率及并发症发生情况。

结果

三维组与二维组在手术时间、手术成功率及并发症方面无显著差异(P>0.05);与二维组比较,三维组X线透视时间明显减少,主要减少了消融导管透视时间(P<0.05)。

结论

三维标测可明显减少AVNRT患者射频消融时X线照射时间,减少患者及医护人员所受电离辐射。

Objective

To compare the difference of the time of the radiofrequency catheter ablation of atrioventricular nodal reentry tachycardia with the three-dimensional (3D) and two-dimensional (2D) mapping.

Methods

From January 2014 to April 2015 the paroxysmal room on the first hospital of Shanxi Medical University underwent radiofrequency ablation of tachycardia in 65 cases of patients with radiofrequency ablation rate, the measurement methods are divided into two groups (32 cases) and group D (33 cases). The operation time, X-ray fluoroscopy time, immediate ablation success rate, recurrence rate and complications were compared between the two groups.

Results

There are no significant difference in operation time, surgical success rate and complications in both groups , fluoroscopy time of 3D group is significantly reduced, mainly to reduce the ablation catheter fluoroscopy time.

Conclusion

3D mapping can significantly reduce the X-ray irradiation time in radiofrequency ablation of AVNRT patients.
