目的

探讨稳心颗粒用于阵发性心房颤动(AF)患者射频消融术后空白期内治疗快速房性心律失常的效果。

方法

选取62例行射频消融术的阵发性AF患者，按随机数字表法平均分为对照组和试验组，对照组术后抗心律失常治疗常规使用胺碘酮，试验组术后抗心律失常治疗使用胺碘酮和稳心颗粒。比较两组患者术后空白期内发生快速房性心律失常的次数及严重程度。

结果

试验组患者房速、房扑、AF及合计发作次数均明显少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)；试验组患者房速、房扑、AF及合计发作严重程度评分均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。

结论

稳心颗粒联合胺碘酮可显著减少阵发性AF患者射频消融术后空白期内快速房性心律失常发生。

Objective

To investigate the effect of Wenxin Granule in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (Atrial Fibrillationpatients, AF).

Methods

62 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency catheter ablation were selected, according to the random number method is divided into the control group and the experimental group .The control group was treated with amiodarone, and the experimental group was treated with amiodarone and Wenxin Granule. Follow-up the frequency and severity of rapid atrial arrhythmias occurred in the two groups after the operation.

Results

Test group of patients with atrial tachycardia, atrial flutter, AF and the total attack times were significantly less than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); test group of patients with atrial tachycardia, atrial flutter, AF and total seizure severity scores were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).

Conclusion

Using of Wenxin Granule combined with amiodarone can significantly reduce the occurrence of rapid atrial arrhythmias in the blank period after radiofrequency catheter ablation of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
