心脏影像学新技术近些年发展迅猛,如临床常用的超声心电图、计算机断层扫描(CT)和心脏磁共振(CMR)技术,均实现了对心脏收缩功能更加精准的定量评估,对心肌组织病理改变及其功能异常实现了定量评估,对冠心病、心肌病和肺血管病等自动化分析,正在实现人工智能(AI)领域的原始创新。另外,心脏影像已经突破了解剖学结构异常的检测与诊断这一传统应用领域,在术中指导治疗、建立科学的治疗策略和对疾病的预后评估预测方面正在发挥着前所未有的作用。
