Abstract:
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of 64-muti detector spiral CT (64-MSCT) combined with dynamic electrocardiogram (DCG) in coronary heart disease.
Methods A total of 83 patients with suspected coronary heart disease treated in Jiaozhou People's Hospital from May of 2016 to October of 2017 were selected and examined by coronary angiography (CAG), 64-MSCT and DCG. The detection results of coronary heart disease were statistically analyzed. The sensitivity and accuracy, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 64-MSCT, DCG and combined examination were compared according to the results of CAG.
Results In 83 cases of suspected coronary heart disease, 44 cases of coronary heart disease and 39 cases without coronary heart disease were detected by CAG; 42 cases of coronary heart disease and 41 cases without coronary heart disease were detected by 64-MSCT; 39 cases of coronary heart disease and 44 cases without coronary heart disease were detected by DCG; 43 cases of coronary heart disease and 40 cases without coronary heart disease were detected by combined examination. The sensitivity, accuracy, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined examination were higher than those of single 64-MSCT and DCG (P<0.05).
Conclusion 64-MSCT combined with DCG has high value in diagnosing coronary heart disease, and is worthy of promotion.
