Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of holistic comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) compbined with cardiogenic shock.
Methods A total of 76 patients with AMI combined with cardiogenic shock admitted to Jiaozhou People's Hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were divided into observation group (38 cases) and control group (38 cases) according to the order of admission. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The changes of negative emotions (HAMA, HAMD) before and after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups, and the compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were counted.
Results After intervention, the compliance rate of the control group was 73.68%, and that of the observation group was 92.11%, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention, the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 78.95%. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.37%. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion The application of holistic comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with AMI complicated with cardiogenic shock can effectively reduce negative emotions, improve compliance behavior and improve nursing satisfaction.
