Abstract:
Objective to investigate the reasons of causing complications in patients with atrial fibrillation radiofrency ablation and to explore the related nursing countermeasures.
Methods Since august 2014 to september 2016 our hospital 86 cases patients with atrial fibrillation radiofrency ablation were analyzed retrospectively. analyzed the reasons of causing pressure sores, pain, uroschesis, vagus reflex, cardiac tamponade and so on.Active related nursing strategy was adopted in order to reduce complications.
Results 20 patients had complications. 2 cases had pressure sores, 12 cases had pain, 3 cases had uroschesis, 2 cases had vagus reflex, 1 case had cardiac tamponade. all cases recovered by active treatment.
Conclusion The occurring of complications should be carefully observed, related treated timely and nursing countermeasures which can prevent and reduce the occurring of complications effectively, ensure the radiofrequency ablation effectively.
