Abstract:
Objective On the patients with acute myocardial infarction, the effect of high quality nursing intervention was carried out in the course of treatment.
Methods The number of patients in this study were 90 cases, hospitalization time of patients between March 2016 ~2017 March, the patients were divided into two groups were compared, the observation group and the control group and the control group with routine nursing intervention, the observation group used high quality nursing intervention, compare the effect.
Results The effective rate of the observation group is 6.67% higher than the control group, while patients in the observation group after treatment of diastolic time, E peak deceleration time, maximum velocity and diastolic maximum velocity was better than the control group, the patients in the observation group satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group 11.11%(P<0.05).
Conclusion Patients with acute myocardial infarction, the implementation of whole quality nursing intervention is more effective, which can effectively improve the clinical indicators of patients, and relieve their clinical symptoms, so as to ensure their health.
