Application value of DSCTCA combined with MPI in diagnosis of coronary heart disease

Abstract:

Objective

To investigate the To explore the value of dual-source CT coronary angiography (DSCTCA) combined with radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.

Methods

A total of 128 patients with suspected coronary heart disease in Qixia People’s Hospital from August 2015 to June 2018 were examined by DSCTCA and MPI. The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of DSCTCA and MPI alone and in combination were compared with those of coronary angiography.

Results

The diagnostic sensitivity of DSCTCA and MPI was 94.67% (71/75) higher than that of DSCTCA and MPI alone, and the accuracy was 87.50% (112/128) higher than that of MPI alone (P<0.05).

Conclusion

DSCTCA and MPI are important imaging diagnostic methods for coronary heart disease. The combination of DSCTCA and MPI can improve the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of coronary heart disease and reduce the missed diagnosis.
