Effect of psychological counseling nursing on pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with arrhythmia

Abstract:

Objective

To investigate the effect of psychological counseling nursing on pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with arrhythmia.

Methods

Thirty-four pregnancy women with arrhythmia treated in Jiaozhou People's Hospital from March 2017 to September 2017 were selected as the control group, and 34 pregnancy women with arrhythmia treated in Jiaozhou People's Hospital from October 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the study group. The control group received routine nursing, while the research group received psychological counseling nursing on the basis of routine nursing. Pregnancy outcomes, negative emotions and nursing effects were compared between the two groups.

Results

The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing (P<0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS after nursing in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of nursing in the study group (97.06%) was higher than that in the control group (67.65%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, cesarean section, severe complications and neonatal respiratory distress, asphyxia and death in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).

Conclusion

Psychological counseling nursing can effectively alleviate negative emotions of pregnant women with arrhythmia, improve nursing effect and pregnancy outcome.
