Abstract:

Objective

To study the application effect of diversified training combined with situational reflection learning method in training arrhythmia recognition ability during ECG monitoring for cardiac care unit (CCU) nursing staff.

Methods

Eight CCU nurses were selected as the research subjects to carry out the training of diversified training combined with situational reflective learning method from January to March in 2018. The mastery of arrhythmia knowledge, arrhythmia recognition ability, autonomous learning ability and teaching satisfaction rate of ECG monitoring before and after the training were compared.

Results

The basic knowledge of arrhythmia, electrocardiogram recognition skills and treatment measures of 8 CCU nursing staffs were higher than those before training (P<0.05). The scores of recognition ability and self-learning ability after training were higher than those before training (P<0.05). 5 people were very satisfied with the evaluation of teaching mode, 3 were satisfied, and the teaching satisfaction rate was 100.00% (8/8).

Conclusion

After training, the scores of cardiac arrhythmia basic knowledge, ECG recognition skills and treatment measures of 8 CCU nursing staff were higher than those before training (all P<0.05). The scores of recognition ability and autonomous learning ability after training were higher than those before training (all P<0.05). The satisfaction rate was 100.00% (8/8).
