Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of Wenxin Granule in the treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (Atrial Fibrillationpatients, AF).
Methods 62 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency catheter ablation were selected, according to the random number method is divided into the control group and the experimental group .The control group was treated with amiodarone, and the experimental group was treated with amiodarone and Wenxin Granule. Follow-up the frequency and severity of rapid atrial arrhythmias occurred in the two groups after the operation.
Results Test group of patients with atrial tachycardia, atrial flutter, AF and the total attack times were significantly less than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); test group of patients with atrial tachycardia, atrial flutter, AF and total seizure severity scores were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion Using of Wenxin Granule combined with amiodarone can significantly reduce the occurrence of rapid atrial arrhythmias in the blank period after radiofrequency catheter ablation of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
