Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of amiodarone combined with irbesartan in the treatment of heart failure complicated with arrhythmia..
Methods and the clinical efficacy of amiodarone plus irbesartanpatients for heart failure complicated with arrhythmia, taking the sample of 124 patients with arrhythmia complicated with chronic heart failure who enrolled in the hospital from August 30, 2015 to August 30, 2016. They were randomly divided into control groupand study group, each 62. The former was given conventional cardiovascular and amiodarone treatment, with which irbesartan was treated to the latter. Before and after treatment, the cardiac output per stroke, the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and the rate of adverse heart or body reaction to treatment and subsequent in-hospital were observed and recorded.
Results With a significant difference (P<0.05), the result showed that the total cardiac function and arrhythmia of the study group were respectively 91.94% and 95.16%, better than the control group (82.26%, 80.65%). The SV, LVEF, LVESD and LVEDD were superior to those before treatment, and the study group perform better than the control group(P<0.05). The rate of adverse reaction of heart and body (3.23%, 3.23%) in the study group was significantly lower than those in the control group (12.90%, 12.90%), (P<0.05).
Conclusion Amiodarone combined with irbesartan in the treatment of heart failure with arrhythmia clinical efficacy, can effectively improve the patient′s heart function, reduce adverse reactions after taking drugs and the side effects of the heart.
