Abstract:

Objective

To investigate the clinical application value of dynamic electrocardiogram in coronary heart disease with arrhythmia.

Methods

The clinical data of 70 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Jiaozhou People's Hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were diagnosed by coronary angiography and underwent routine electrocardiogram (ECG) and dynamic electrocardiogram (DECG) before coronary angiography examination. The detection rate of two methods were compared for myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia, such as atrial arrhythmia, ventricular arrhythmia, atrioventricular block, matrix supraventricular tachycardia, etc.

Results

In 70 patients with coronary heart disease, the positive detection rate of myocardial ischemia was 80.00% (56/70) by routine electrocardiogram, which was lower than that by dynamic electrocardiogram with 92.86% (65/70), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The positive detection rates of atrial arrhythmia, ventricular arrhythmia, atrioventricular block and matrix supraventricular tachycardia in dynamic electrocardiogram were higher than those in conventional electrocardiogram (P<0.05).

Conclusion

Dynamic electrocardiogram can improve the detection rate of coronary heart disease combined with arrhythmia, and provide rich and detailed images and data for disease assessment and prognosis judgment.

Key words: Coronary heart disease, Arrhythmia, Dynamic electrocardiogram, Routine electrocardiogram
