Abstract:

Objective

To observe the application value of laryngeal mask combined with ultra-fast track anesthesia (UFTA) in interventional treatment of children with congenital heart disease.

Methods

A total of 86 children with CHD were divided into group A and B by random number table method, 43 cases in each group. Group A received endotracheal intubation combined with UFTA, group B received laryngeal mask combined with UFTA. The awakening time of anesthesia, postoperative fasting time and hospitalization time were recorded and compared. MAP and HR levels at different time points, incidence of restlessness, pharyngalgia and laryngeal spasm were recorded and compared between the two groups.

Results

The awakening time, eating time and hospitalization time of anesthesia in group B were shorter than those in group A (all P<0.05). The levels of MAP and HR at T1, T2, T3 and T4 in group B were lower than those in group A (all P<0.05). The incidence rates of restlessness, sore throat and laryngeal spasm in group B were lower than those in group A (all P<0.05).

Conclusion

Laryngeal mask combined with UFTA anesthesia is effective in interventional treatment of CHD children, with stable vital signs, early awakening after operation and fewer adverse reactions. It has clinical popularization value.
