Abstract:
Objective To explore the application effect of prospective nursing intervention in acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.
Methods Eighty-two patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction were divided into control group and research group according to the order of archiving, 41 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the research group received prospective nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The incidence of complications, scores of depression (HAMD), anxiety (HAMA), quality of life (QOL) and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were recorded.
Results The incidence of complications in the study group (14.63%) was lower than that in the control group (34.15%) (P<0.05); the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the study group were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of QOL in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the study group (95.12%) was higher than that in the control group (78.05%) (P<0.05).
Conclusion Prospective nursing intervention for patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction in intensive care unit of cardiology can effectively alleviate their negative emotions, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients, and improve the nursing satisfaction.
