Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of humanized nursing intervention on quality of life and negative emotion in elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CAD) combined with chronic heart failure (CHF).
Methods Ninety-four patients with CAD combined with CHF were divided into group A and B by random number table, 47 cases in each group. Group A received routine nursing and group B received humanized nursing. The MLWHFQ, SAS and SDS scores before and after nursing, and the nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups.
Results After nursing intervention, the MLWHFQ score in group B was lower than that in group A (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores in group B were lower than those in group A (P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction score in group A was lower than that in group B (P<0.05).
Conclusion Humanized nursing has positive effect on improving the quality of life and negative emotions of elderly patients with CAD combined with CHF. It can be popularized in clinic.
