Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotion and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).
Methods Ninety-two elderly patients with CHF were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The scores of SAS, SDS and MLWHFQ before and after nursing were compared between the two groups, and the scores of nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results After nursing, the scores of SAS, SDS and MLWHFQ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the control group was (78.93±5.54) scores and that of the observation group was (91.04±4.96) scores. The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the negative emotions and quality of life of elderly patients with CHF, and has clinical popularization value.
