The clinical efficacy of amiodarone in the treatment of congestive heart failure complicated with atrial fibrillation

Abstract:

Objective

the objective of this essay was to observe the clinical research of Amiodarone treatment congestive heart failure merger atrial fibrillation.

Methods

Randomly divided 180 patients into the control group and the observation group, each with 90 cases.The patients in control group received basic anti HF therapy, such as strengthening heart, diuresis, dilating blood vessel and oxygen inhalation.The patients in the observation group were treated with amiodarone on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy, ECG improvement and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.

Results

To compare the clinical results of two groups′ Amiodarone treatment congestive heart failure merger atrial fibrillation, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.22%, while that of the comparison group was 81.11%. Their comparative differences entailed the useful meaning of statistics(P<0.05). To compare the improvement situation of their patients′ electrocardiogram, the total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%, while that of the comparison group was 74.44%, Their comparative differences entailed the useful meaning of statistics(P<0.05).

Conclusion

The treatment of CHF with AF with amiodarone has obvious curative effect and high safety.
