Abstract:
Objective To explore the value of "double heart care" model in patients with coronary heart disease combined with ventricular arrhythmia.
Methods A toral of 102 patients with coronary heart disease combined with ventricular arrhythmia treated in Jiaozhou People's Hospital from October 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled and divided into study group and control group according to the order of establishment, 51 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, and the study group received "double heart care" model on the basis of the control group. The nursing satisfaction, SDS and SAS scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.
Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 78.43% (40/51) and that of the research group was 94.12% (48/51), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion For patients with coronary heart disease combined with ventricular arrhythmia, " double heart care" model can effectively relieve their negative emotions and improve nursing satisfaction.
