Effect of 5sotalol combined with amiodarone on arrhythmia

Objective

To analyze the Effect of sotalol combined with amiodarone on arrhythmia.

Methods

A total of 100 patients with arrhythmia admitted to Rongcheng People's Hospital from January to December in 2016 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The control group received amiodarone, and the study group was treated with sotalol on the basis of the control group.

Results

The recovery rate was 42.0% (21/50) in control group after 12 months of treatment, and 54.0% (27/50) in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the heart rate, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The heart rate, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). No serious adverse reaction was found in the two groups.

Conclusion

Sotalol combined with amiodarone is effective in treating arrhythmia. It is worthy of clinical application.
