Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of salvianolic acid injection combined with ticagrelor on unstable angina pectoris.
Methods Eighty-two patients with unstable angina pectoris were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, 41 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine treatment, and the control group received ticagrelor on the basis of routine treatment, while the observation group received salvianolic acid injection combined with ticagrelor on the basis of routine treatment. After 2 weeks of treatment, the effect of treatment, improvement of angina pectoris, hemorheology (erythrocyte aggregation index, plasma viscosity) and platelet aggregation rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.
Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.68%, higher than control group with 73.17% (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the attack frequency in the observation group was lower and duration of angina pectoris was shorter after 2 weeks of treatment (P<0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the erythrocyte aggregation index, plasma viscosity and platelet aggregation rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion Salvianolic acid injection combined with ticagrelor has a remarkable effect in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. It can obviously relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris, reduce the platelet aggregation rate and improve hemorheology.
