Abstract:

Methods A total of 76 patients with valvular heart disease who underwent cardiac valve replacement in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University from April of 2016 to December of 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, group A and group B, 38 cases in each group. Patients in group A received routine nursing, while patients in group B received comfortable nursing intervention. The SAS, SDS scores, comfort scores and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.
Results The scores of SAS and SDS before operation in group B were lower than those in group A (P<0.05). The comfort degree score of group A was (77.29±5.17) scores and that of group B was (89.94±4.66) scores. The comfort degree score of group B was higher than that of group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
