Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of grading matching combined with dynamic stepwise incremental exercise rehabilitation nursing in patients with chronic heart failure.
Methods One hundred and fifty patients with chronic heart failure hospitalized in Changqing Oilfield Staff Hospital from January to August in 2017 were divided into two groups according to random number table method, seventy-five patients in each group. The control group received routine exercise rehabilitation nursing, and the observation group received graded matching + dynamic stepwise incremental exercise rehabilitation nursing. Results of six-minute walking test, the quality of life scores the effective rate of cardiac rehabilitation and re-admission rate within six months were compared between two groups.
Results The result of six-minute walking test after intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the quality of life score was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of cardiac function rehabilitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the rate of re-hospitalization within 6 months was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion Graded matching combined with dynamic stepwise incremental exercise rehabilitation nursing can obtain better effect of cardiac function rehabilitation on patients with chronic heart failure, reduce re-admission rate and improve quality of life.
