The Value of Serum Cystatin C in 120 Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective

To analyze the diagnostic value of Cys-C in the severity of patients with chronic heart failure.

Methods

One hundred and twenty patients with chronic heart failure were selected as the observation group and 120 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The levels of Cys-C level.

Result

Cys-C level (1.78±0.54) mg /L>Ⅲ grade Cys-C (1.54±0.41) mg/L>0.84±0.37) mg/L, P<0.05.

Conclusions

With the worsening of chronic heart failure and increasing of Cys-C, serum Cys C levels are closely related to chronic heart failure.
